The guardian submits a request to withdraw the child from kindergarten, fills out the application and mentions the reason for the withdrawal. Verify from the fees collection official that the child does not owe any financial dues. In the event that the child transfers to another kindergarten, he must bring an empty book from the kindergarten to which he intends to transfer. Financial rules for withdrawal:
- 1. When a student withdraws before the start of school and does not attend kindergarten, only the registration fee of 500 riyals will be deducted.
- 2. When the student withdraws after the start of school and a month (30 days) has not passed, the registration fee (500 riyals) will be paid, the number of days the student will attend the kindergarten will be deducted, the value of the books will be deducted (500 riyals), and the value of the uniform will be deducted (350 riyals).
- 3. When the student withdraws one month after the start of the study, the first term fees, registration fees, books, and uniforms will be paid in full.
- 4. When the student withdraws after the start of the second semester, the fees for the first and second semester, registration fees, books, and uniforms are paid in full.
- 5. When a student withdraws after the start of the third term, all tuition fees for the full year are paid.
- 6. When withdrawing from the bus, the bus subscription fees will not be refunded.
