Admission Procedure
Thank you for your interest in the Almaerifah Private Kindergarten. In order to start the admission process for your child, you may send a message by visiting our website, you may fill the application and attach copies of the required documents. Submit the application along with the appropriate fee.
Documents Required For Registration
- Copy of valid Qatari ID for Student(With review the original file)
- Copy of valid passport for student(with review the original file)
- Copy of Birth Certificate of child(with review the original file)
- Copy of updated vaccination records child(with review the original file)
- Copy of the Health Card of student
- Health register of student from health center affiliated to State of Qatar not private(original Document)
- Copy of Health card of student
- Copy of Qatari ID of parents
- Copy of the parents passport
- Details of the address: Region No, Street Name, Number and building no.
General Rules For Admission & Registration
- The age of student shall be calculated according to Georgian years in 30 september in the year of registration.
- The student is transported to other school after providing letter of vacant(accept) from the school he moved to it with obligation to schedule of certificate Equivalence.
- Any student not bearing ID from Qatari .Interior Ministry shall not be registered.
- Student enter the country with visit visa shall not be registered.
